This Privacy Policy sets out how Podit (Pty) Ltd (“Podit”) collects, uses and processes the information Podit collects when you use the Podit website (“the Website”), and sets out the rights and obligations that both you and Podit have in relation to the use, access, and correction of such information.

We make use of services such as Google Analytics and Firebase in order to operate and analyse the activity on our Website.

6.1.5          provide a user with reasonable evidence of Podit compliance with its obligations under this Privacy Policy on reasonable notice and request; and

6.1.6          upon request, promptly return or destroy any and all Personal Information of a user in the possession or control of Podit, save for that which Podit is legally obliged to retain.

We will only retain your Personal Information for as long as it is required for the purpose it was originally collected unless we are required to retain it longer by law.  We will therefore only retain your Personal Information for as long as there is a legitimate business need for us to do so.  The personal data provided to our service providers will be retained in accordance with these service providers’ data retention policies.
